Warranty and Refunds

Check inside the window
Each listing shows a warranty window that starts at delivery. Sign in to every account during that time; signing in does not cancel the warranty.
Problems we fix
- The delivered password, cookies or 2FA key do not open the account.
- The account is restricted when you first open it, or LinkedIn asks for a verification the listing did not mention.
- A detail the listing names is missing, such as the mailbox access, the country or the 2FA key.
- An order paid but never delivered, or charged twice.
How to claim
Open a ticket from your order page before the window ends, with a screenshot of what LinkedIn shows. A faulty account is swapped for one from the same listing; if that listing is empty, or nothing was delivered, the money is returned.
Outside the warranty
- Restrictions caused by bulk or automated activity: mass invitations or messages, scraping, bots.
- Phone confirmation on listings that said LinkedIn may ask for SMS.
- Claims sent after the window, and orders with an open chargeback.
